Ravi Ranjan Goswami is a native of India, born on May 3, 1961 at Jhansi. He graduated from Jhansi and did MSc(Physics) from Agra. Later he joined Indian customs and subsequently worked as an Indian Revenue Service officer. He writes poetry in Hindi and fiction in Hindi and English.
